How to choose and use grinding pads

Commonly used concrete grinding pads, including the following:

Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) grinding pads: for removal of epoxy coating, be used when the coating is thicker;

Concrete diamond grinding pads: for the leveling of the concrete floor and retoration of the old ground;

Concrete thick grinding pads: usually refers to the thickness of above 5mm diamond resin grinding pads, for ground leveling, coarse grinding, fine grinding, fine polishing and polishing;
Concrete thin grinding pads: usually refers to the thickness of below 5mm diamond resin soft grinding piece, for rough grinding, fine grinding, fine polishing and polishing of concrete floor;

Concrete buffing pads: It is usually made of artificial fibers, wool or other animal hair bond molding. Some products also add some abrasive materials and polishing auxiliary materials for the polishing of concrete floors.

1- The flatness of the ground

Particle size refers to how big the diamond particles contained in the abrasive, the lower the particle size number the larger the particles.
